Access to personal data is restricted to authority figures within Liz Melvin Photography.  Personal data is not shared with third parties without express consent from the data subject.

Data Retention

Liz Melvin Photography retains personal data for no longer than it is necessary for tax purposes and the reason(s) it was collected.  Personal data can be reviewed at any time to determine whether it is still needed which can result in the destruction of personal data.  Photographs are never destroyed.

Data subjects are entitled to request the deletion of their personal data where there is no exigent reason for Liz Melvin Photography to continue processing it.  Liz Melvin Photography retains requests for deletion of personal data.
